Tickets

There are three methods in which you can receive your tickets and your chosen method is detailed in your email confirmation. Please see below for further details on each of the methods. 

Box Office Collection:

In order to collect your tickets from the box office, please take your email confirmation with you (on an electronic device or printed out). To verify your identity, most box offices require that you present your photo ID matching your pickup name to collect your tickets. The box office is located inside the theatre. Your tickets will be ready for collection 1 hour prior to the start of your show and this option is free of charge.


E-Tickets:

If you have selected this option, you will receive your e-tickets according to the venue’s e-ticket policy. You will find each venue group’s e-ticket policy below. If you are unsure which venue group your theatre bookings belongs to, please see our list of venue groups here.


Nimax Theatres E-Ticket Policy:

48 hours before performance you will receive a pre-visit email from the venue including a link to check in. You will be required to confirm that no members or your party have COVID-19 symptoms. After check-in your e-ticket(s) will be sent to you by email from the venue within 24 hours.


Lloyd Webber Theatres E-Ticket Policy: 

You would have received an email confirmation from us just after making your booking. Within that email confirmation you will see a link to download your e-ticket(s).


Nederlander Theatres E-Ticket Policy:

You would have received an email confirmation from us just after making your booking. Within that email confirmation you will see a link to download your e-ticket(s).


Delfont Mackintosh Theatres E-Ticket Policy: 

Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to you by email within 1 week of the performance date.


Ambassador Theatre Group E-Ticket Policy:

Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to you by email within 1 week of the performance date.


Please either download your e-ticket onto an electronic device or print if you need to, so that the staff at the venue can scan the barcode upon entry.


Post:


If you have selected to receive your tickets via post, please allow up to 5-7 working days for the tickets to arrive. The tickets are sent using standard Royal Mail delivery service. We do not have any control over tickets once they leave our premises, so if tickets are not with you by at least two weeks prior to your performance date, then please do get in touch with us and we can rearrange an alternative.


Please note that for some shows (usually arena shows), we must receive your tickets from the show promoters before we can dispatch them to you via Royal Mail. 


All of our tickets can only be delivered to the customers billing address for security reasons and with your best interests in mind.


In response to COVID-19, our team are working remotely and do not currently have access to the facilities needed to be able to post tickets. If this still the case once shows begin to reopen, we will review bookings containing tickets due to be posted and be in contact with those customers with further details.
