Receiving Tickets

The delivery method applied to your booking depends on which option you choose before confirming your purchase. Please see below for the three types of ticket delivery:

Box Office Collection

This is fast and a great way of ensuring your tickets are safe at the venue! In order to collect your tickets from the box office, we would recommend getting to the venue in ample time roughly 30 minutes before the show. If you are a little earlier you can always take advantage of the art deco bars in each of the venues. In order to collect your tickets on arrival, you will just need your email confirmation with you (on an electronic device or printed out).

If you are giving your tickets to someone else, that is absolutely fine, but we would recommend that you forward your email confirmation to the recipient and they can simply show this at the box office.

E-Tickets

E-tickets are inevitably becoming more and more popular for customers, contact-free without the need to remember your tickets! E-tickets are now available for the majority of west end shows  and in most instances you will receive an E-Ticket via email that can be opened and scanned by the front of house team as you enter the auditorium. If this option is available for your particular booking, this option will be available during the checkout process.

If you select this option, you will receive your e-tickets according to the venue’s e-ticket policy. You will find each venue group’s e-ticket policy below. If you are unsure which venue group your theatre booking belongs to, please see our list of venue groups here.
