Due to the pandemic, your theatre going experience will be a little different than what you have encountered previously! There are some shows hoping to return as soon as possible with socially distanced performances. The producers have taken this approach and have adapted the venues in order to facilitate the health and safety of audiences, theatre staff and the cast which is paramount.

Currently we are offering our usual ticket dispatch methods, however over the next coming months we anticipate that the majority of the West End shows will move to an e-ticketing option to ensure contactless entry. In this instance, any ticket you may purchase via a different method may be replaced with an e-ticket which you will receive by email which can be downloaded to your phone to take along with you.
