The Play That Goes Wrong

Once you have made a booking for The Play That Goes Wrong, you will receive an email to confirm your booking with us. 48 hours before performance you will receive a pre-visit email from the venue including a link to check in. You will be required to confirm that no members or your party have COVID-19 symptoms. After check-in your e-ticket will be sent to you by the venue within 24 hours. Once in the venue you will be required to wear a face covering and you will have your temperature checked.


Please note that social distancing will be in place at this venue. In rare cases this may necessitate us contacting you in order to amend your seat details in line with social distancing requirements.


We would also like to ensure that you can book with confidence in these uncertain times. Subject to availability, tickets for The Play That Goes Wrong may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to a performance. Tickets are exchanged on a like for like basis for a future performance and cannot exceed the value of the original booking. No partial refunds can be made if the value of the exchanged tickets is less than the original booking. If you need to exchange your booking please email us at priorityrequests@encore.co.uk with your exchange request. Please include all current booking information (booking name & postcode, booking reference number, original booking date etc.) in addition to this please provide us with two new dates that you would like to attend the show. We will get back to you as soon as we can with further information about your exchange and the next steps.
