Cancelled Performances

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the UK government has announced a second lockdown in England. As a result, theatres are unable to go ahead with the shows that they had scheduled to run. As and when the government announces any further information, we will continue to update our information and guidelines here in accordance with the measures put in place. Initially closures were enforced by The Society of London Theatre across all venues, however more recently venues/theatre groups are now responsible for their own scheduled reopening dates which will differ from show to show. Again this will be in line with any UK government restrictions and guidelines.


If your booking has been affected by a theatre closure, we will reach out to you with further information regarding your booking and the next steps and no further action is needed from you at this time. We are working closely with our partners to inform our customers about their bookings as soon as possible and can assure you that we will be in touch if your booking is affected by a cancelled performance. Many of our partners are minimally staffed in accordance with government regulations, so we appreciate your patience during this time as we coordinate with those teams. 


The health and safety of our customers, staff and all those employed by the theatre industry, is our foremost priority.
